There, he's written the “When All You Can Food is Think About” brand platform for Postmates, which consists of a series of spots called Postmates Surreal Cravings 2, a cookbook that requires no cooking called the Postmates Don't Cookbook, an integrated campaign called Postmates Other Ads When You're Hungry, a set of launch spots called Postmates Surreal Cravings, and a recreational vehicle called the Postmates Chicken Boat. Russ also made an outdoor campaign called Postmate It, the first-ever work for the Sonic Cup of Ice, and a clothing brand for non-essential workers that benefits essential workers called WORKFROMHOMEWEAR. Prior to that, Russ was a Copywriter at Barton F. Graf (R.I.P.) in New York City. There, he made work for the Little Caesars Hot-N-Ready Pizza, the Little Caesars Quattro Pizza, the Little Caesars ExtraMostBestest Stuffed Crust Pizza, and the Clash of Clans Winter Jam. Prior to BFG, Russ made a VCU Brandcenter student campaign for Carmex Lip Balm, a side project to help generate ideas for side projects called Side Project Generator, a list version of this website called List Version, a short film about a man dedicated to the craft of walking called Mr. Walker, an online game about the handedness of NHL players called Game of Hands, a series of inquiries to minor league sports teams called Thank You in Advance, and a website inspired by his father called Are you eating dinner with your father? Russ grew up playing competitive hockey in Buffalo, New York. He’s gone unselected in the NHL Draft for 14 consecutive years, and is now playing advertising in Austin, Texas.
